Orders and Shipping

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and are indicated at checkout.

How long does delivery take? +
  • Metropolitan France: 1-2 working days
  • Europe: 2-5 working days
  • International (USA, Canada): 14-30 business days
  • Paris and the Paris region: Express delivery in 2 hours
Can I track my order? +

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your orders in your customer area.

Wines & Selection

What types of wines do you offer? +

We specialize in natural wines from artisan winemakers. Our selection includes:

  • French wines from all regions (Loire, Burgundy, Jura, Languedoc, etc.)
  • International discoveries (Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, etc.)
  • Confidential vintages and limited allocations
  • Wines with no added sulfites or with minimal sulfur
Are your wines sulfite-free? +

Our wines are mostly sulfite-free or contain minimal amounts of sulfur. We favor winemakers who work organically or biodynamically with natural vinification methods.

Pickup and in-store visits

Can I pick up my order in store? +

Yes! You can select the "In-store pickup" option when ordering. Your order will be prepared within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email. Pickup is possible during store opening hours, upon presentation of proper identification.

Where is your store located? +

Our historic cellar is located at 35 rue Daguerre, in the 14th arrondissement.

Schedules:

  • Monday: 3:30–8:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00–13:30, 15:30–20:30
  • Wednesday: 10:00–13:30, 15:30–20:30
  • Thursday: 10:00–13:30, 15:30–20:30
  • Friday: 10:00–13:30, 15:30–20:30
  • Saturday: 10:00–20:30
  • Sunday: 10:00–13:30

Transportation:

  • Metro: Denfert-Rochereau
  • Parking: Parking possible on the street

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? +

On certain occasions, you can return the wines to us, contact us at contact@lacavedespapilles.com with the explanation why you want to return the bottle.

What to do if a bottle arrives damaged? +

Contact us immediately at contact@lacavedespapilles.com , with photos of the package and the damaged bottle. We will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping. Our wines are carefully packaged and insured during shipping.

Do I need an account to order? +

No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:
