This exceptional cellar, with its 150 meters of galleries carved into the heart of the Burgundian rock, offers humidity, silence, calm, and depth. A careful selection of casks and a delicate interplay between humid and dry sections give Michel Couvreur whiskies both intense power and a beautifully integrated smoothness. The whiskies reach their full style and refinement after several years of maturation.
