Terre à Terre

Having transitioned from sommelier to winemaker, notably through training with Jean-Christophe Comor (Les Terres Promises, in the Coteaux Varois), Laura Aillaud realized her dream of writing her own winemaking story by establishing her estate in 2017 in her native Luberon. Today, she cultivates 6 hectares of vines planted with typical southern grape varieties, remaining true to her winemaking philosophy, using organic/biodynamic methods with meticulous attention to soil health and vine well-being. The winemaking process is natural, resulting in precise cuvées that harmoniously express both the convictions of a strong personality and the character of the terroir.
