Beautifully situated in the vineyards at the foot of Mont Ventoux, with their abundant sunshine and cool nights, the La Combe au Mas estate was created in 2019 by Thomas Ayoun and Marie-Sophie Jullien, daughter of Guy Jullien of Ferme Saint-Martin (Beaumes-de-Venise). Deeply committed to respecting biodiversity, they cultivate their 11 hectares of vines (as well as plots of olive and fruit trees) according to the principles of organic/biodynamic farming. Made naturally, without additives or oenological interventions, the wines are then aged in large, old amphorae, preserving the freshness and purity of the fruit to produce vibrant wines, imbued with the beautiful energy of the terroir.
