A family-run, mixed-farming estate on the slopes of Saint-Joseph in the Northern Rhône, where vineyards mingle with cereals, fruit trees, and meadows, Ferme des Sept Lunes has been managed since 1984 by Jean Delobre. In 1997, he transitioned to organic/biodynamic farming before separating the vineyard from the cooperative to produce his own wines in 2001. The vines, now covering 10 hectares (Syrah for the reds, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier for the whites), are cultivated by Jean Delobre and his partner Jacques Maurice without chemicals, with the utmost respect for the soil and biodiversity. The gentle, natural winemaking process highlights the quality of the fruit and the finesse of the silky texture, resulting in a true expression of the terroir.
