The La Grange aux Belles estate is a story of encounters, those of Marc Houtin, its creator in 2004, with Julien Bresteau (who became independent in 2023 to create a trading business) and then with Gérald Peau. Located in Anjou in the Coteaux de l'Aubance appellation area, the vineyard has 15 hectares of vines, notably Chenin but also Cabernets, Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis and other Loire grape varieties, and the cultivation is resolutely organic (certified in 2011) with particular attention to soil life. A quest for natural wine that finds its fulfillment in numerous juicy vintages with a strong style.
