The estate created by Jacques Sélosse and masterfully managed since 1974 by Anselme is now in the hands of Guillaume, the ^3rd generation of this family of winemakers. The transmission took place over the years and was finalized in 2020, after various stages: first a first confidential trial signed “Guillaume S.” in 2009 with a plot of old vines in Cramant given by his grandmother, then viticulture studies, and in 2012, a cuvée of Pinot Noirs from the Aube. Now, following the path opened and explored by his father – who remains present –, Guillaume runs the estate with the same obsession for the quality and maturity of the grapes, the same principle of vinification and aging in wood, the same search for the purest expression of the terroir.
