Based on long-term partnerships with winegrowers who respect the living world, all using organic farming, her winery sources its wines from the Pays Nantais to Forez, via Anjou and Touraine. The quality of the grapes and respect for each terroir through natural vinifications contribute to the production of single-plot and single-varietal cuvées with a frank, expressive and sapid juice: a hymn to the diversity of the vast vineyards of the Loire Valley.
